Ann has more than 20 years’ experience in Senior HR Management roles. She initially started in the public sector, taking the lead in large scale restructuring programmes, designing performance management systems and ‘toolkits’ to support the implementation of HR policies and practice. She then moved into the private sector and ran her own business employing 40 staff. As an independent HR Consultant, acting on behalf of SME’s, she is a firm believer in only delivering HR solutions for business owners that will add value. Her ‘hands on’ style is informed by her own personal experience of being an employer.
Ann set up Grassroots HR to provide business managers with the practical and down to earth required to tackle any HR related issue with confidence.
Ann is a Graduate in Law and Information Systems, Post Graduate in Labour Studies and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD).
