Drawing on her experience behind the scenes of the BBC’s Sort Your Life Out, Siobhan will share practical ways to declutter and reset the home to support a calmer nervous system. Alongside this, the session explores how our living environment can affect health and wellbeing, covering topics including dust and mould, stress and cortisol, sleep, relaxation and the wider benefits of creating a healthier home.
