The Mayor of Kingston, in partnership with Kingston Chamber of Commerce and Hays, invites local employers to celebrate Living Wage Week (10–16 November 2025) and explore the business benefits of fair pay and inclusive recruitment.
The event will highlight Kingston employers already committed to the Living Wage and share insights into how fair pay supports business growth.
Hays will present findings from its 2026 Salary & Recruiting Trends guide, with Michelle Drury, Business Director, discussing local trends, talent challenges and emerging opportunities.
This event is open to employers working in or around the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
