YOUR TRUSTED PLACE FOR CONNECTION, SUPPORT & BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Market data, customer insight, expert opinion and national statistics are more accessible than ever – but turning that information into better decisions is the real challenge. This practical workshop explores where to find relevant data and how to use it meaningfully within your business.
Through hands-on discussion, participants will examine market and customer insights alongside sources such as international datasets and industry research, learning how to interpret both qualitative and quantitative information to guide strategy and performance.
The session is delivered by the Business Data Lab, an initiative supported by the Department for Business and Trade, which helps businesses understand available data, navigate changing trends and make more informed decisions.
Please note: this workshop is for alumni of Help to Grow Management, please only book the alumni tickets if you have taken part in the course: https://smallbusinesscharter.org/help-to-grow-management (course alumni may bring a colleague – please do email [email protected] to confirm). There are also limited tickets avaliable for businesses who are non-alumni to select but they must have at least 5 employees to be eligible to attend.
