Member Event | Kingston University: Modern Selling for Modern Buyers

This interactive workshop explores how SME business owners can build a more predictable, modern sales process in a market where buyers are more informed, cautious and difficult to influence than ever before.

Moving beyond traditional selling approaches, the session focuses on practical ways to attract and qualify higher-quality leads, strengthen trust through relationship-led conversations and social proof, and handle objections without relying on discounting.

Participants will also explore how behavioural insight can improve conversion and how simple digital tools can support consistent pipeline growth.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with a clearer diagnosis of their current sales approach and practical ideas for strengthening it.
