Hosted by Emma Peries (aka Digital Mother), this session brings together like-minded women to connect, share ideas, and enjoy a productive workday in a welcoming space.

This month’s theme is Energy, with a powerful group session led by Kat Saunders. Kat will guide you through an experience exploring stress patterns, stored tension, and how these impact how you show up in your business and life, helping you reset, gain clarity, and move forward with more ease.

Your morning includes coffee, pastries, guided discussion, and meaningful connection, followed by optional co-working until 5pm.
