Kingston Giving is seeking input from local employers to better understand workforce needs linked to driving among 18–25 year olds in Kingston upon Thames.
This short survey asks whether businesses currently employ staff who need to drive as part of their role, and whether there are challenges recruiting candidates who both hold a licence and have the wider skills required.
Responses will help inform work supporting local young people – including care leavers, young carers, refugees and those from low-income households – while also helping businesses address recruitment challenges.
As a thank you, all participating businesses will be entered into a prize draw to win a local yoga taster session courtesy of All Shapes Yoga!
The deadline to complete the survey is Tuesday 17th March 2026.
