This October, Sport in Mind is challenging local businesses, clubs and communities to get active in support of better mental health.
The 100km Your Way Virtual Challenge celebrates World Mental Health Day by encouraging participants to move 100km in 10 days — walking, running, cycling, swimming or dancing — individually or as a team. Each kilometre contributes to a collective goal of raising £100,000 to fund life-changing sports and wellbeing programmes.
To date, Sport in Mind has helped over 32,000 children and adults improve their mental health through physical activity, but with millions still waiting for support, the need remains urgent. Every step taken this October helps provide vital sessions that rebuild confidence, connection and hope.
