With four decades of experience in the travel industry, I bring a depth of knowledge and insight that only comes from truly living and breathing travel. I spent 21 of those years with British Airways, where I honed my expertise in corporate and group travel, complex itineraries and high-touch client care.

During my time at British Airways I worked extensively on group bookings, managing everything from initial proposals to on-the-day logistics. I was also closely involved in creating and delivering new route launch events for both media and trade, ensuring every detail reflected the brand and the commercial objectives. This has given me a strong understanding of how to align travel solutions with wider business goals, stakeholder expectations and brand positioning.

I have account managed a portfolio of global blue-chip clients, including Bank of America, Barclays, Diageo and UBS. Working with such demanding corporate accounts has equipped me with a strong commercial focus, rigorous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-led approach. I am used to navigating complex travel policies, negotiating value, and delivering a consistently high level of service to executive travellers and their support teams.

Now, as a Travel Counsellor, I draw on this extensive airline and corporate background to provide tailored, end-to-end travel management for business clients.
